The fine print
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, yearly. This building briefly tests the fire alarms on the last Friday of each month. We apologize for any inconvenience. Noise may be present from ongoing construction nearby. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast and HDMI cord for streaming.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The location was perfect. Close to 911 Memorial and Wall Street. Tiffany and Co was a bonus. All the staff was amazing and very helpful. Staten Island Ferry, an 8-minute walk to see the Statue of Liberty and Empore Outlet.The ferry was free, yes free. Loved the location, and just around the corner was the "New York Wine Exchange" for your eveing drink, adults. If you mention Lyndon from South Africa, you may get a discount. All our gratitude to Sonder and the staff. Also, as an extra bonus, there is a rooftop pool. I am definitely going again.

Couldn't have chosen better. Everything was perfect, the apartment was huge, especially for NY standard. It had everything we needed, it was clean and sooo comfortable. Extra points for the rooftoop. We will come back for sure!!

Big, spacious room with all the comforts to live for a week. We even had a washing machine. The room was clean, the personnel helped us immediately when some issues happened and for price and location, it was a good deal.
