SoHo Grand is a classy hotel and feels grand. Furniture in the bar and restaurant suit the aesthetic and the rooms are comfortable with plenty of storage and shelving.

Great location- right in the heart of Soho and within walking distance to luxury shopping, restaurants and bars. Impeccable staff- they are friendly, helpful and will go above the call of duty to make your stay special.

The Hotel facilities and common areas are all grand & beautiful. The staff were very friendly & hospitable. The rooms were comfortable (albeit a bit small) and housekeeping did a great job at cleaning the room each day. I would recommend staying here, although it was expensive. I love that the hotel was dog friendly and you can see dogs come and go each day - definitely a highlight. Also - there is jazz playing in the club room on Wednesdays - Saturdays and it's so good, definitely check it out. Also the food in the diner is delicious.

The staff were all so friendly. The room was the perfect size with a huge bed, which was incredibly comfy.

Location is still great ! I've been at Soho Grand years ago. The area is very easy, safe and nice.

Very comfortable, easy to move around, nice bar and excellent diner. We loved the location as we wanted to be close to Chinatown and Greenwich Village. Staff were, without exception, exceptionally friendly and polite, getting just the right tone. The concierge was happy to help us with guidance about travel and restaurants, staff were really friendly and chatty. When we discovered that we’d lost a phone in an Uber just as we were leaving for the airport, the hotel staff were very helpful and told us when the Uber driver had dropped it off and sorted out a way to get it back to us.
