Location was really good for Central Park, 5th Ave, Time Square, RF Centre, Radio City, etc. Small shop open in reception that had all basic essentials as well as snacks etc.

The room was awful. The bathroom is connected to the room by a wall of glass, so when somebody turns the lights on, wake up everybody else. The hotel is really old. The really good thing is the location and the personal is kind. Only that.

Had a really positive experience. I don’t understand the negative reviews. It isn’t perfect however the price reflects this for New York. The cost was one of the more affordable options. Very clean room, comfy bed and excellent location. Room was huge for NYC! Staff really friendly

Location is absolutely amazing. Close to absolutely everything you could want for a trip to NYC. Beds were so comfortable. Everything very clean.

Great location for seeing the sights, short walk to loads of attractions and nice to not be right in the middle of times square. Exactly what we needed, no frills hotel as we were out from early morning until late at night. Decent shower, bed was OK and did the job. Staff were efficient, held our bags for us after check out too. Room was cleaned and towels replaced every day that we did not put the do not disturb sign up.

The location is amazing. 5th Ave in one direction and Times Square and Broadway in the other - all a 5 min walk and Central Park 10 min walk. Handy snack/coffee shop in reception. Bedding immaculate.
