The room was well appointed and comfortable, staff great and perfect central location. When booking I asked for a quiet room and it was very peaceful, away from the road side of the hotel

The stay at Sanctuary Hotel was better than I expected! The staff was more than lovely, and Eddie and Spencer's team took great care of us. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and even at departure, they kindly booked us a taxi and helped load our suitcases into the trunk. The rooms are pleasant and clean, with housekeeping done almost every day. Towels are changed constantly, and even our pajamas were carefully folded on the bed.

The room is well laid out and fun, and gorgeous. The bed is outstandingly comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful! Ride from airport included with booking.com

The team is always amazing. Have stayed there about a dozen times and they are incredibly helpful and attentive, and more importantly, it's genuine and not for show, which I like. Room was comfortable and well set out. Bed was very comfortable and excellent shower. The breakfast does me well as I just want coffee and a bagel. If you need more then you need to go to a diner or somewhere else which doesn't bother me. To be fair I was upgraded and it did make difference in room size but I've also got along with the smaller room noting that we are in central manhattan and most hotel rooms are fairly small. I liked also that the room has a decent light. I get fed up with dark rooms.

Very close to Times Square but was not noisy at all! Very clean and cozy hotel and room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and our room was ready to put our bags in and relax before exploring the city, would 100% recommend staying here.

Staff were lovely, friendly and attentive always smiling. Room was small but sufficient but clean and well set out. Got access to our room early. Breakfast was limited but good to start the day.
