The location was brilliant, close all attractions and easy to get around. Easy to navigate around the city & between to main avenues, meaning easy to get back. Perfect in the centre of manhattan, meaning to need really to get cabs.

Dino at the door was great and everyone behind the front desk. Phil and Stacy were also great but ninjas less interaction with them. I didn’t really have any other interactions

Amazing location, everything within walking range. Huge room, very comfortable beds. We asked if they could bring us a fridge which was brought into the room very quickly. Really enjoyed staying at the Royalton. Across the road is a lovely diner for breakfast, which we took back to our room. Huge bathroom, powerful shower. Perfect.

The hotel is very well located and clean. The staff are very friendly. However, there is no food service at the hotel. There are two huge bars in the lobby that are not working. There are no vending machines for drinks or water.

Excellent location for seeing the city & getting around easily. Rooms were quiet, great size, excellent room storage. *perfect location for NYC marathon participants *

It is a great location in mid town. The lobby is fabulous and the staff super helpful. The lady who helped us on front desk went the extra mile to ensure our room was perfect. Everyone was very polite and efficient. Housekeeping were very responsive, quickly bringing up our requested kettle, mugs and mini fridge
