Location, room, good breakfast, helpful staff. Staff easily accommodated a room change on request. Included breakfast is a real plus point for the hotel, as is the absence of a destination/resort fee. We would not book a hotel with extra fees.

Staff super friendly, room good. Only the mattress of the sofa bed was very bad, please change it as also the third person in the room wants to have a good sleep! Thank you

The location was perfect, an easy walk to Time Square and all other local areas of interest. Also the subway was close. The room was a good size and although we did not use the kitchenette, the extra space was great

This was our third time staying at the hotel. When checking in, I was asked for credit as a deposit. My card didn't work, so we used my friend's credit card. The hotel immediately charged 150 USD. After arriving in the Czech Republic, I received an email from the hotel that my credit at the hotel was 0.! The hotel has not yet refunded my friend's money. It is impossible to call the reception - it's an automated system. The hotel's email address does not exist!!!!

Hotel location was great - straightforward walk from main stations (we used Penn but Grand Central was as close). Easy to use buses and as the hotel is centrally situated, it wasn't difficult to walk to lots of places either. The buffet breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice, plenty of food, topped up frequently and good quality. I saw it busy once and people had difficulty finding a seat but it wasn't a general problem. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We could leave luggage on arrival before checking in, and after checking out before our flight, which was really helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable and the towels fluffy! Instant and consistent flow of hot water in the bathroom, with good pressure. Everything was very clean.
