Property was easy to locate. The room was very clean and house keeper came every day which was great. Terrace available to guests. Multiple subway stations in vicinity. Staff all polite and friendly. Very quiet on 10th floor. Bed very comfortable!

Great location, staff were super friendly and always helpful. Comfortable bed. Initially, tv and remote didn't work together, but staff made sure this was fixed promptly.

the room was lovely but very small - there was 2 of us and there is not a lot of space around the bed its mostly bed. but tbh location is amazing so we didnt mind.

Location was great, room was very clean and comfortable. It was great for 2 people - it's New York, rooms aren't going to be huge! The room and linens were so clean. We had a great stay.
