Best location in New York right in front of Central Park. Staffs are super friendly and always ready to help. The room is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Definitely great value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I’d stay here again next time for sure!

Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay. The friendliness of the staff was generally excellent. However, the friendliness of the staff at the Grab 'n Go Breakfast needs significant improvement. The response to the issue with the noisy ventilation system was fantastic. Within a few minutes, even at 10:00 PM, a technician arrived, although he couldn't fix it. On the downside, I was informed that a subsequent room change was not possible, which turned out to be incorrect upon checkout. The price reduction in the form of waived breakfast costs ($150) was a pleasant response to the inconvenience. Another negative point is that when I booked in April (8 months in advance), I requested a room as high up as possible. This request was not fulfilled, even though it turned out that such rooms were available (same price category). Overall, the service, facilities, and stay were very enjoyable. Regarding other reviews: The cleanliness was fantastic. A wear and tear on the carpet is normal and as long it is still in good condition and without damage everything is fine to me.

Our stay at Park Lane New York was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of New York City, offering stunning views and easy access to all the major attractions. The staff truly made our experience exceptional – they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We travelled as a couple during Thanksgiving, and the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The festive atmosphere, thoughtful touches, and impeccable service made the holiday feel even more special. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Park Lane New York to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in the city. We’ll definitely be returning!
