Our incidental hold is $100 per night. The incidental hold is released upon checkout. The system will hold the funds until check out, before it gets released. The original authorization amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution, depending on the type of card you have used.Debit and international cards tend to take longer to be released, however, I can confirm that domestic credit cards get released quicker by their financial institution.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Location was excellant. Five to ten minute walk from Times Square, Central Park, fifth avenue, Columbus circle. Close to everything. Great staff in restaurant and cafe aswell as security man at door. Room was lovely. Nice atmosphere in hotel. Great reception. Had a great time and felt safe in hotel

Everything! We have stopped in a few NYC hotels and this so far has been the best. On a city break you need a base which has a good bed, quiet at night for a good sleep and a great shower! It had the lot!

The hotel was nice and clean and in a great location if you want to stay central. The rooms were quite large plenty with plenty of space.
