The location was beside broadway and easily accessible to the area and very close by to the pit stop by big bus and top view. Room was clean.

Staff were so friendly, location was great. Staying in Times Square is perfect for getting around everywhere! Clean, they have a taxi service too when you want to check out and go to the airport. I’ve seen people complain about the noise but we have no complaints regarding that at all! Would deffo recommend and book again.

There were fresh towels and bedding everyday. The location is also full marks. Right off Times Square and close to the subway links within the city. Surprisingly quiet at night (9th floor). Helpful staff. The air con is also works really well and keeps the room cool. Tv works well with all the cables

Location was great, less than a minute’s walk from Times Square. Room was cleaned on a daily basis with fresh linen being put in place. There was an elevator which was much appreciated. Staff was courteous and friendly.
