There is breakfast in the morning, all the areas are very clean. People follow the rules and there is no noice floating around.

This is my second stay here: very nice and helpful staff, great location, super practical if you travel solo (you can lock your room). It’s clean, the breakfast is good, the bathroom is functional. I recommend this place, especially if you’re solo traveling in NYC for a couple of days! Thanks!

I loved the privacy of having my own little capsule and they clearly do everything possible to keep everyone as comfy as possible with strict rules on sound, etc (the capsules have open ceilings). The staff were very attentive in the one night I was there and I was even offered an extra towel when I walked in drenched by the rain. The room was well equipped with plenty of space for luggage, a lap desk and extra pillow. The lighting was adjustable and there were multiple charging spots. The place was mostly pretty clean and the breakfast was extensive. I also appreciated the hot and cold water dispenser.

I loved the central position and the fact that it was close both to the subway and Penn Station. The food was good and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were more private than I had thought and the staff in general was kind and available. I enjoyed my stay here, clearly it's not made for longer staying, but it's okay just for a few days. Despite the issue I had (which I'll explain in the below box), I like the vibe and the atmosphere and the breakfast that offered many options (all vegetarian).

Good location in Manhattan, close to Penn St NY. Not expensive for Manhattan. Receptionist Sunny is lovely. When I came home from NY and I noticed that I had lost something in the hotel, he helped me to recover the item and he kept it until I returned to NY.

The location was in the heart of NY & Easy to find. And the price is also hard to beat in NY city standard. Mr. Sunny was always super helpful and the vibe he and the hotel team created in the hosted is quite unique.

If you don’t need hotel facilities, don’t mind the restrictions and are not a heavy snorer, this is a great bargain. Secure, clean, etc

It was a nice spot to stay for solo-travelers. The location is right in Manhattan, not far from Penn station which connects NYC with EWR airport. Thus it was the ideal place to stay to enjoy my stopover in NYC to the fullest and still see a lot of the city. The staff is very welcoming and the breakfast healthy, which I highly appreciated after a week in the US :)
