Location is everything! Amazing spot, walkable to so many tourist attractions and less than 60 seconds on to Times Square.

The hotel is perfectly located next to Times Square, and this is its biggest plus. Everything is within walking distance. There is a supermarket in the same building. The hotel has an exit and entrance on both sides to the streets. The rooms are old, we did not have a refrigerator, this is a big minus, since there was impossible to store food. Also, the rooms are really dirty, the corners, the bathroom. We found someone else's underwear under the chair. Also, the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, and by the end the bathroom was completely clogged. There were also some misunderstandings with the deposit and the withdrawal of payment. They withdraw everything at once, without dividing it, and you do not know how much they will withdraw from you in the end. Since the deposit has already been withdrawn from your account, it is a little annoying.

Location is amazing, you are basically few steps from Times Square. Loved the big windows.

Location is fantastic, right in the middle of Times Square, with perfect views. Spatious room. Elevators working fine and quick, no queues or crowds encountered while waiting.

The property was in a very central location, so we could easily get to everywhere we wanted to see. The room was large enough for us to have our bags open and still be able to move around. There was some street noise, but nothing too major. We still slept with the window open on a couple nights. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we interacted with them. We appreciated the daily bottles of water that were left in our room when they were tidied.

We always stay here for the last 8 years. Perfect location, great doormen and let’s not forget reception guy with the Christmas beard !
