On check in we were upgraded to a really nice room which was quiet. The room was really clean and the TV pretty massive. The breakfast was okay. Not too many healthy options available. I had hoped for at least a balanced diet somewhat.

I love it's location, but I didn't like how the 2 lady receptionist were not so helpful when I asked if my friends and I could have some coffee & drinks in the outside bar on the same level. So unfriendly & not helpful. What's the use of having a great view if your guests can't even have some refreshments to relax with. They should have also mentioned there's another bar upstairs. It's funny that I found out about it myself! Talk about poor communication :(

good variety of bars and restaurants. Heated pool. very new and modern. staff where fantastic. 4 lifts so getting to 27th floor wasn’t a problem even though it was a busy hotel.

Friendly staff from reception staff to the guys in the elevator being so cheerful and to security staff as we came in at nights or left in the morning they always said hello. Clean room everyday and comfortable beds. Great view and the room was spacious. Great views from the room and the terrace at the bar

excellent location. lovely rooms especially the upper levels. staff helpful. lovely young lady serving in the little cafe. roof top bar was super. cleaning staff were lovely.
