Travelling family with 2 boys 7 and 11. We got the time square view and it was great . Room small but expected . Location is perfect ! Rooms very clean and staff very welcoming. Yes there is a separate lift from ground to level 1 but we didn’t have any issues with waiting for lifts etc… would recommend and the level 1 roof bar view is amazing and a very pleasant place. There no coffee making facilities in the room but can be requested . Really there 4 good coffee shops within 50 metres of hotel, so maybe it isn’t needed. Thank you guys we really enjoyed our first time in New York from Aussie land and will defiantly be back and stay here again. Maybe 2 rooms next time as boys be bigger .

a regular hotel for 3 days is perfect. Great location, but the hotel itself is nothing special. Quite a large room by New York standards, amazing view from the window onto Times Square

Location is very convenient for Broadway and Times Square. Close to subway station to commute around Manhattan. Social setting for lounging around with food of drinks or work. Convience and pharmacy store located on the same block (also McDonalds if that's your thing).

Really helpful and friendly staff. Hotel lobby, bar and restaurant were great. The view from the room was super, you could see Times Square! The room was spacious considering the location, it was very quiet and the bed was comfy. The location was fantastic, between Times Square and Central Park, a short walk to both.
