The location was perfect, we could walk to a lot of place at less than 20 min (central station, Central Park, 5th avenue, time square, Rockefeller, summit, Empire State….) Subway was at 3 min walking Personnel was sympathic and attentionated

Location fantastic, room spacious, comfy bed, great shower. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Price a little high but I guess it’s New York at Christmas time.

Everything from the reception staff and especially the people who worked at the entrance to the hotel whatever we asked for help with information on where to go around NYC. Everything was perfect. A hotel for every possible recommendation.

The Lombardy, and the area in general, would profit from a restaurant for breakfast, perhaps the reserve cut restaurant could offer a good a la carte breakfast

It was a great option if you are staying more than a few days and would like to also prepare your own meals. The kitchenette was perfect and the interior decoration of the room was very tastefully done.
