The warm reception staff, always helpful. The concierge desk was super amazing and efficient. The restaurant staff especially the restaurant managers were awesome at service

Mr. Sonam Chosgial, of the concierge desk was very helpful and went out of his way to help with expediting post that was going to arrive late and tips on attractions in the city. Very knowledgeable ad well as helpful. His efforts helped in deciding that we will not look at other hotels when choosing to return to NYC

Breakfast was extra but we enjoyed it as the quality was good. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for refurbishment and we had to eat in the small rooftop cocktail bar.

My recent stay at Le Meridien was a great experience. Situated in a prime location with convenient access to various transportation options, this hotel made exploring the city a breeze. Also the rooms were thoughtfully designed to maximize space and functionality, Despite encountering minor inconveniences during our stay, Joe Panarella the Operations Manager, went above and beyond to swiftly resolve any issues we faced. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring our stay was enjoyable were truly commendable. Thanks to Joe's exemplary customer service, we are already looking forward to our next visit to Le Meridien.
