Staff was super friendly. All of the once’s we met. Real nice people. Location is superb, except the street itself was a bit messy due to road work and strikes. Other than that - we had a great time. Bed was good, shower and overall room small.

The hotel responded to messages very promptly, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were spacious, it was close to Penn Station, and the price is reasonable. The breakfast was simple and the restaurant was small, but they provided waffles, which surprised me. It should be noted that a deposit of $200 will be deducted at check-in, and there is no receipt. The deposit will be returned to the original account 1-2 working days after check-out, but the time it takes to receive it depends on the speed of your own bank operation. I received my deposit . If you have any questions, you can contact the hotel directly and they are happy to communicate.

Simply perfect. 10 mins from Times Square (walking), it is also near to the Edge (15 min walking). The Empire State Buiding is about 20 minutes walking Broadly speaking, you can visit almost all Manhattan's attractions without using metro or taxi.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself was very clean. Towels were very soft and cleaners in every day.

Lovely staff, the room was great, clean and as advertised and location was fantastic! Really near by to Time Square and walkable distance for most things and subway stations.
