Hotel personnel is amazing. They are very professional and friendly. Room space is very generous. Hotel has nice, urban design. Location is unique and cannot imagine better (we visited Broadway show).

Great rooms and staff. Fab location, excellent breakfast in beautiful setting. Hot water and lifts were hit and miss. Some more drawers for clothes would have made a big difference. Liked that there was a fridge and decent hair dryer. We brought our own kettle as there is none in the room.

Location was perfect room very comfortable. Staff were pleasant and it was good to be able to grab a quick coffee before leaving in the mornings.

- Great location (short walk to restaurants, Times Square, Rockefellar Centre, Central Park and other sites) - Modern design and comfortable rooms - Rooftop bar (great views!) and happy hour was an unexpected bonus

Location was perfect for tourists, just a block or 2 away from Broadway and Times Square. The hotel is also not massive, just 15 floors so didn't feel super crowded or busy. The roof top restaurant and bar were lovely offering nice views. The room was fabulous. Well stocked; iron, hairdryer, robes, fridge, safe, toiletries, sofa and table and additional items available on request. The bed was huge and one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. Water in the room and access to a water/ice machine on each floor. The room was generous and the bathroom lovely, much bigger than we were expecting for such a central hotel. There is a morning cafe downstairs in the reception that we didn't use but had a good selection of hot drinks and pastries. There is also a handy little market in reception with a few things in. We were able to stow our luggage on our last day with no hassle, the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The location has good accessibility, but it is right next to a fire station. You hear the sounds of the whole street from you room + the chihuahuas in the next rooms and the lifts going up and down as well as the people’s talks in the corridor. The gentleman at the door, was very friendly and nice. With all the noise coming in from different directions you have to be a good deep sleeper to avoid being woken up every 10 minutes. Luckily, we sleep well and it was interesting to wake up to the sounds of NY (for a few days).
