Location is OK as it's 3 short blocks from the subway. You can also catch a bus a few yards away on CPW. Overall, pretty clean bathrooms and bedding. Not a whole lot nearby except for a couple 24 hr neighborhood delis. At least they can make food fresh. KAMA is right next to Central Park if you want to enjoy a hike.

The room is confortable, the are like a cabins in that provides you more privacy There is a bathroom inside the room (you share with the rest of the people) but there more toilets and showers in the hallways The location is excellent near from restaurants and supermarkets They offer bagel and coffee

A good choice for an economic staying in NYC. Affordable prices according of what’s offered by this hostel. Near subway stations, located in a very quite and safe zone. Jancy, the Colombian girl at reception very sweet and socially friendly. Helped me with lot of things, reserved my uber back to airport and everytime i got in& out of hostel she welcomed me always smiling and cheering me up!

Good location - stone's throw from Central Park, close to 103 subway station, a short subway ride to Midtown, very easy to locate and connect. The staff was helpful and informative. Could use the kitchen in the basement to store and prep meals.

That's been a nice stay in New York for me in there. The hostel is really big, but doesn't seem to be overcrowded. Front door personnel takes care of all the incoming people and their requests. I liked them a lot! Beyond that amenities are in good conditions, and there are enough of them per floor. Moreover my room had a shared restroom with shower on top of those shared across the floor. That's been a very convenient surprise! Beds were also quite comfy, with capsules being your own space with most of the necessary stuff in it. General conditions of the hostel is quiet well! It's clean and tidy, smells well and is being taken care of!

It’s great if you’re after a cheap place to stay, that’s still in a great location. You’re a 4 minute walk from the metro station that gets you into the city centre, and you’ve got Central Park right next to you. In terms of comfort, I stayed in one of their pods, and there was quite a lot of space, and although my room had 10 people in, it felt like I had my own space. I’d recommend using the rooms bathroom as the shared one in the corridor didn’t really have hot water or any private changing sector but, all in all, a really nice hostel. Will definitely return

The stay was really nice, I especially liked the staff as they were all very helpful and friendly. Location is fantastic, too.
