The location is superb and extremely convenient for my purposes. While the rates have been hiked considerably from my last stay, it still is VFM. Clean, and good staff.

The room is small and simple but has everything. The bathroom is new, excelente shower. Very clean. Many options for breakfast nearby. Walking distance from Brooklyn Bridge, One World, Village...

Great value hotel. Location was perfect and the room was clean. Water and coffee available at reception was a nice touch. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
