Amazing location right next to Grand Central. Super safe area in NYC and perfect for business trips. The bar in the lobby was fantastic and they even played live jazz music which was a vibe.

Very nice hotel with a warm and welcoming staff. The room wasn’t very clean when we arrived, and the neighbors were noisy, but the team promptly found a solution to address the noise issue. The breakfast was repetitive but very high quality.

Excellent location, so close to everything but not too busy or noisy in the immediate neighourhood. Gorgeous lobby area with a wonderful atmosphere, particularly important to us as we stayed the week before Christmas. We arrived to carol singers, hot choc and cookies in the lobby. The staff were all fantastic.

Such a comfy bed - slept so well! Beautifully cleaned, wonderful staff, no one could do enough for you. Location was fantastic, so central - would thoroughly recommend!

1. The lobby was drap and dirty 2. Check-out was too long. No room key drop box Same queue user for Check-in and Check out created unnecessary delay. 3. There was a long queue, yet there were 2 Front desk/check-in desks empty
