Great location for sightseeing with easy transport links via the grand central train and subway station, which is basically attached.

We loved this as a family of three. The check in was excellent, the bonus of the breakfast everyday, along with the shop downstairs was fantastic. As a Peleton Lover having it on the TV and in the Gym was a very surprising bonus that I LOVED. The location is top tier. We will be staying here again and again when we visit NYC.

The location was fantastic, having Grand Central Station close and short walk to most other places of interest. The room was clean and comfortable, but the water wasn't hot enough for showers, The hotel lobby had a small shop for snacks and drinks, which was great.

Good central location to all areas of New York. Side door from hotel to Grand Central Station. Staff willing to sort out taxi, mini van etc, doormen willing to flag down taxi too! Great area for subway connections.
