The rooms were small but not any smaller than the average NYC room. The staff were attentive and professional, helping out with suggestions and fixed an issue we had with the heating in or room quickly. The area of the hotel is great for exploring Chinatown, little Italy, lower east side and Soho. Overall excellent stay. Would stay again!

Staff are super friendly, really make you feel welcome and are very attentive. Location is good, within China Town, easy to walk to other attractions and subway stations.

The hotel room is small but comfortable, they also had a kit with a toothbrush, toothpaste and comb, in the basement they have an area with hot water for tea with cups.

Great location, right in the heart of Chinatown. Close to metro lines, markets, restaurants and shops. Lively buzzy area, but very quiet in the room. Really friendly staff

It is a very nice hotel, located in a good place in New York. It gives what a hotel needs to give in New York. Small room but this is what you need in NY, you wont spend much time in your accommodation during your stay in NY. It was clean, they cleaned the room every day, close to subway. People are very nice.

Location ideal, easy walk to nearest subway station. Room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable. Every essential is provided. Staff were very welcoming and helpful when called upon.

Great boutique hotel right in the heart of china town…. travelling from Ireland we had zero idea where to stay regarding location… however we ended our 2 week stay in this hotel and it was the highlight of our trip

The staff are very friendly and super helpful. It’s a small hotel and so it feels more personal. The location in Chinatown means you are well based to get around Manhattan. It might not suit everyone who want to be located more around midtown or “smart” areas like Chelsea but for me, it offers great vfm. It was the second time I’ve stayed and I enjoyed it just as much. Much less expensive than most hotels.
