Cleanliness: The hotel was clean overall, and the rooms were well-maintained with clean towels provided. Location: Perfectly located in Lower East Side, making it super convenient. It's close to many subway stations, dining spots, and other popular places. Everything you need is within reach, and it's a great area to explore. Staff & Service: The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even kept an eye on my luggage, which I really appreciated. Their hospitality made my stay more comfortable.

Firstly, the staff here were excellent - genuinely friendly and professional at all times. They really made a positive impression on my 5-night stay here. Secondly, for a "budget-friendly" hotel (bearing in mind it's Manhattan), I felt I got great value for money - particularly via a great deal on the Booking app. The premises were clean and well-kept. Even the hallways smelled pleasant. I loved that the room had a fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortably firm (perfect for me), and I made daily use of the free tea and coffee in the lobby. The location right next to the subway made getting around really easy. I attended the theatre several times during my stay, and it only took 30 mins door-to-door each way. This was a much cheaper alternative to staying in Midtown, and much less chaotic. The J-train also gives easy access to JFK Airport (straight to Jamaica, then to JFK via Airtrain).

Great location in the Lower East Side. Close to bars and restaurants. Walkable to East Village, Soho etc. 1 block from Subway with J train direct to JFK.
