The rooms we're clean and had everything you need, including an iron, a hairdryer, and even an umbrella.

I love staying here, it's a great location and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The only problem is the new cafe which means there is never anywhere to sit in the lobby and there are constantly people milling around.

Very helpful staff who offered to remotely check us in due to a delayed flight. They replied to all our messages to keep them updated on Booking.com, great location in Manhattan, within walking distance of loads of great attractions and restaurants.

The location is very convenient, within short walk from the major attractions. Extra bonus is that the street is very quiet for NYC. Staff is very helpful, they arranged to deliver our suitcase to the airport that we forgot at the hotel.
