Location (5 Stars) We were just in for a night on the return route to Portugal from Orlando. We just needed a hotel for a night so that we could experience New York City for the first time. The hotel was great, we were even able to store our 9 bags of luggage whilst we went out sightseeing before our transfer back to EWR. Breakfast opens early 07:00 which is awesome so we were able to get up and get out nice and early. We had a bonus too as it was snowing in the morning too (Xmas Eve!). And the hot drinks available around the clock was fantastic!

The staff is super friendly, no matter who was at the lobby they were always polite and ready to help. The wifi was excellent, I had 4 devices connected (including my laptop) and it was very fast. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location - close to the subway, Penn Station, and you can walk to many attractions (including Times Square, Empire State Building). Very good location for sightseeing in Manhattan. The rooms are rather clean, but they are cleaned every other day.
