Room was a small but we knows standart sizes of rooms from past time and would be a suprised. For three big luggages wasnt enough space, but it wasnt a problem because we were prepare for that. Room was nice and clean.

Nice and new modern reception area, clean and spacious. We were room 803 and the room was absolutely fine. I saw many complaints about the size but I thought it was very reasonable and l've stayed in far FAR smaller rooms in central London. We couldn't hear any noise outside or from neighbors. We had to use the stairs to go down twice as the elevators were busy but this was at check out time and peak breakfast time otherwise we waited no more than 30 seconds for an elevator. Was able to connect Netflix to the Telly so when we came back to chill for a few hours that was good. The breakfast was okay, mix of hot food like bacon/eggs/ waffles and cold bits like cereal and fruit. Amazing location - on Times Square, great pizza place and shop opposite.

Convenient location, right in the heart of Times Square. Great option to have the breakfast included too. Overall this was good value for money for a place that is right in the middle of all things New York.

Great location for city exploring. We had 2 kids and 2 adults in a twin room. worked perfectly for what we needed. breakfast and coffee etc included for us and was a great way to kick off the day.

The room was quiet and clean. That was the best part. Breakfast was mid. Waffle wait was super long and didn’t find the waffle location in the basement until the last day.
