Big room for Manhattan and the room was clean. Bathroom was new, and water pressure great! Only issue, it’s in Hell’s Kitchen - overall dirty area of the city.

for New York, the room was a decent size, plus a coffee machine which was nice as oddly seems to be something most NY rooms don't have. Staff were super friendly, great area, would stay again.

The localisation of the hotel is ideal for a first trip in New York. Close to many metro lines. The room is spacious and the bed really big and comfortable.

The hotel is very near to the time square and to the bus and subway station. It was very clean and every day the stuff changed the towels and cleaned the room. It was hot and comfortable. I would suggest it,without a shadow of a doubt! It is such a nice and warm place, which is filled with kindness!

The position is super central in Midtown just few blocks from Times Square, the bus station of Port Authority is just in front of the lobby and the metro station is 4 minutes. You have everything around, no need to describe. I have not tried breakfast so can't tell. They have a small bar that can cook for you hamburgers and sandwiches, not bad! They accepted my dog with no problems.
