The staff were great, super helpful and nice! The beds were comfy and the bathroom was large and nice. The hotel was not far away from the metro/train so the location was overall very good. It was also a short walk from the Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan Bridge which was nice.

I like the room, the staff were lovely and very helpful. It has an excellent location and it’s very good overall. I would recommend it if you want to travel to NYC, it’s also near the F subway that will take you uptown, it also connects with the JFK airport subway. The food was okay.

The property itself is very ideally located, close enough to downtown manhattan and also easily accessible to both Brooklyn and Midtown by Subway. Besides that you are basically near China town and also not that far from Little Italy. Also another thing that made our stay even better were the staff, they were incredibly helpful and friendly, we truly felt cared for, but I do have to give a special thanks to Sharonda and Luli who work at the front desk for being the friendliest faces we got to meet during our stay.

The location is excellent and close to main downtown area, walkable to little Italy, SoHo district, etc..The breakfast is basic(Good coffee and bagel) but very handy. The room is generally noisy from central heating, especially the room on the top floor near subway line makes noise continuously.

Very good buffet. Had a room overlooking the main street but it wasn't loud. Comfy beds and ample bathroom. The room had a large and modern flat-screen which contained the mainly used apps. Overall satisfied with the room.

The hotel is great, very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Great locations, actually amazing, very kind staff and awesome breakfast. The room was very very nice even if not with much space, bed are comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Overall great experience because most of all we felt like home!

Hotel is really excellent location, we traversed around Manhattan and Brooklyn by subway easily. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are smallish but comfy with good beds. Cleaning service was excellent and it felt great to come to sorted room each day.
