Some staff were excellent – special thanks to Danny, the engineer, the kitchen staff, and the bulky Asian-looking gentleman at reception for their friendliness and professionalism. They were helpful and made the experience much more pleasant. Good location, easy to walk to Time Square, Burlington However, there were areas for improvement. The female staff at reception could benefit from better customer service training, especially in terms of friendliness and approachability – a simple smile goes a long way. Also, one of the cleaning staff asked guests to wait until she finished cleaning the toilet, which was quite inconvenient and not appropriate for guest service. Let me know if you'd like it softened or made more direct.

The girls on the reception was excellent. Lobby has a tea coffee and they sell a noodle soup! This is good decision for the fast eat. The personal on the floor was excellent. Every where was clean.

The location is absolutely amazing. Times Square is just a few minutes of walking away, the subway station is also right next door. The staff was also courteous and warm.
