We were on holiday in New York for a week and afterwards we were very satisfied with our choice. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is fairly centrally located on 36th street and an oasis of peace in the middle of this energetic city. Our room was on the eighth floor and very well insulated, we were not bothered by any noise at any time. The room is very large by New York standards and has plenty of storage space. We had two large suitcases with us and could easily store everything. the bathroom with walk-in shower was also equally good with very good water pressure. Around the corner from the hotel is the subway station on 34th which will help you travel in New York with great ease. We took the subway, leaving to the airport at the end of the week and it brought us to Jfk easily for just a subway fee instead of an overrated taxi price. The Empire State building and Macys are both just one block away. The central located Time Square is just a few minute walk and easily accessible via Broadway. Yes!! Next time we would definitely choose the same hotel again it made our stay in New York very pleasant. We advise Breakfast at the very clean and friendly Korean Cafe Joa Kitchen just next door. We enjoyed diner at the Keg Room, an Irish Pub one minute away in front on 36th. Enjoyed a dayly “happy hour” at any Applebee’s (our preferred was on 50th / 6th). Thanks for having us, we appreciated our journey.

I did a lot of research prior to booking this hotel and it well exceeded my expectations. My partner and I spent 7 nights here during the NYE period and we will definitely be back. The hotel is in close proximity to all the NYC attractions and the overall attention to detail by all staff was incredible. Shout out to Steve and Nikko for making our stay extra special, they went above and beyond to make sure there was nothing more they could do to make our stay more enjoyable - not to mention the wine and chocolates. Our bags were kept safe by Kiran who was pleasant to deal with and greeted us every single time he saw us. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the room was spacious and cleaned daily with fresh water provided. The hotel has great amenities and the restaurant attached has great food with friendly staff. Great location, clean rooms, professional and attentive staff. High floor rooms have better views of the city (had a chance to stay on the 5th and 19th floors, so would prefer a higher floor).

The location and the room in general were great, the staff was very friendly and the housekeeping was excellent. We had a room on 15th floor which was roomy enough and had a nice view over the rooftops and the Empire State Building.

Everything in this hotel deserves 5*! The staff: helpful, friendly and always smiling. They will solve your every problem. The hotel is quiet although there were many guests. Elevators were never overcrowded, 5 minutes was the longest that we've waited for the lift. The room was enough for two people and four luggages. Bed was big and comfortable. The roomservice was at its highest level: everyday very nice ladies cleaned everything, changed towels, brought fresh bottles of water. Air-condition worked without any faults. Downstairs there is restaurant, breakfast and other meals avaiable all day. The hotel is very close to the main Manhattan attractions, located in a moderately quiet street. Nearby you can find a lot of restaurants so you won't get hungry. I definitely recommended Executive Hotel!
