I really recommend this place if you are staying for a few days and you are with friends wanting to spend the day outside exploring NYC. It is clean and you have everything you need. Don’t expect anything spectacular but really value for money, considering the high prices of NYC.

Nice comfy appartment in East Village. Fully equiped kitchen, friendly and helpful host, everything nearby (good restaurants, metro stop not far away), nice neighbourhood.

The location is outstanding. The room was very spacious and we also had access to the kitchen on the same level so it really felt like we had a whole apartment incl kitchen to ourselves. The space is warmly decorated and even though it's on the budget side, it felt a lot more authentic and New York esque than a stylish air bnb or a hotel room. The staff were great and we could leave our luggage in the property post check out which was really helpful. I would love to stay again!

We loved the location of the apartment. Easy subway access, lots of restaurants/cafe's close to apartment. By New York standards the apartment ( Duplex) is pretty spacious. Definitely would stay at the Duplex apartment again if we stay in East Village. Host communication was excellent. Maybe because it was 4th of July week and many New Yorkers are out of town we did not have any issues with noise. Again, by New York standards, NYC is a noisy city, but compared to other places we have stayed in NYC this apartment was less noisy.

Fantastic location in a buzzy neighbourhood, beds were comfortable and suitable for a family with older teens. Easy to find and a good size for our needs. Enjoyable holiday!
