The location is great and the size/feel of the place is nice too. Service of housekeeping offered everyday which was good. TV and heating console good too. Easily accessed.

We stayed at EVH for two weeks and it was the perfect accommodation! The studio apartment and walk-up access gives a homey feeling. We we're on the 4th floor, and whilst the stairs aren't ideal for big luggage, it's only one trip up on arrival so we didn't see this as a negative. The room was cozy and everything we needed - really felt a part of the neighbourhood as opposed to a hotel room! Yes, the street noise travels into the rooms, but that's what one comes to the city for! If you don't like the hustle and bustle of the city, don't stay there or find a high floor in a hotel. The affordability and accessibility are perfect. We arrived on a 6am flight and the staff were incredibly patient with securing us an early check in - so we didn't have to worry about storing our luggage across town at their sister hotel. If you want to immerse yourself in the city and the East Village than it really is the perfect, affordable choice!

The room was clean, comfortable, everything you need was there, all the equipment worked. The location is not far from the center, quite quiet. The staff is very nice. Many shops and restaurants nearby.

Great location in a lively neighbourhood, that's the reason why we choose for the "hotel" The staff at the sisterlocation (for the bagage storage) was very helpfull and friendly

Nice location to explore downtown Manhatthan and Brooklyn. Local vibes. Close to lots of popular bars and eateries, Chinatown, bridges towards Brooklyn. Easy to get to train station. The lady doing room service was very helpful and kind. Did not receive any access email after check-in, keep messaging the hotel but did not get any reply. Luckily she was there to help when I arrive. The room is equipped with kettle, fridge, oven and cooking equipment. Did not use them though.

Amazing location in the vibey East Village and a nice room with a great bathroom. Easy access and functioning air conditioning with a handy kitchenette for cooking.
