Prior approval from the General Manager is required for any in-room external entertainment, catered events or filming in the Penthouse (a Food and Beverage minimum will be added to the room rate). Any damages incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card. A completed rental agreement form for the Presidential Suite is required prior to check in.

The hotel location was very good being a short walk to Times Square, 5th Avenue shops and attractions like the Rockafeller Centre. There are some excellent pubs, delies, and convenience stores nearby and close to subway stations. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Good location for Times Square and theatres as you were able to walk to both. Good Italian restaurant on site with good choices available. Friendly staff who were always helpful.

The location is perfect, walking distance to times square and close to a subway stop, easy access to pickup by taxi or rideshare right out front, the room was spacious and clean and the bathroom as well, the staff were friendly and helpfull and the concierge took great care of packages we ordered to the hotel

Great location, just a couple of blocks from Central Park. Cheerful and friendly staff. Decent sized room. Very comfortable bed. Great cocktail bar downstairs and cool rooftop bar.

I loved everything about the property. The location was perfect, the staff were so welcoming and friendly and the rooftop bar was amazing! The room was also great and spacious - I would 1000% recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Really great value for money.
