Good location, close by multiple train stations, as well as the Stratton Island Ferry. Comfortable room and friendly staff.

The location of the hotel is great. The desk staff was always friendly and helpful except for one lady whose impatience showed.easily when she did not understand the request. The Bell/porter was very helpful and so was the maintenance people. The price was really good and the fact that they accommodated three people in a double room was exceptional. The mattresses were a bit too high making getting into bed uncomfortable if you have some mobility challenge. The staff were very honest. The reservation was done very smoothly.

The location is great for lots of sights and great places to eat, the check in was extremely easy and the staff were very friendly and welcoming coffee and free cookie on arrival. Great touch! Breakfast was perfect so much selection.

It was in a great location with easy access to the subway, shops and places to eat. The staff were really helpful and friendly. It was clean and suited us really well.

Most of the staff are friendly & accommodating. Location’s great (bonus that ‘100 Marketplace’ is only 2 minutes walk from the hotel - great for grabbing drinks / snacks, although there are some available from the hotel lobby). Room was cleaned everyday. We had a 2 double bed room which accommodated my family and I (2 adults, 2 giants teens & 4 XLarge suitcases) You’ll have to open your luggage on your bed and mostly we stored clothes on the drawers or hanged up or on top of our suitcases. Laundry is on level 3, which is a convenience. Level 3 also has a fitness room. Suitcase storage on ground level, which is great.

Location is very good, easy access to subway and dining options, a little quieter than central Manhattan, which we liked.
