Really great location, yummy lemon water at reception, close to main subway entrances and walkable to key tourist spots. Central without being super loud and comfy beds.

Comfortable bed, spacious room! Lovely and clean! Great tea/ coffee maker and fridge! TV was perfect, staff very attentive and I felt safe being a young woman alone.

The location was perfect in midtown Manhattan, central to most attractions. The staff were courteous, polite and helpful. I can’t comment on the facilities, bar, restaurant, gym etc as i didn’t use them but everything else was great.
