The room was comfortable and clean, although there was no housekeeping after the first night. Our room was on the first floor next to the electric cupboard, and we were constantly getting electric shocks when we touched the door handle in our room.

Such a fantastic location, right in the middle of everything! Anything I needed was walking distance and the actual hotel itself was clean, and very spacious. Such great value for money - would stay here again.

Had to book as a last minute stay as I had lost my intended hotel booking elsewhere. The staff were lovely and very welcoming, the room was very comfortable, spacious and very quiet. I was alone and felt 100% safe here. Brilliant location not far from Times Square and Broadway. Would highly recommend this hotel, only did a one night stay in the end but it was perfect and would’ve booked this hotel for my whole 5 night stay if I could redo my trip.

It had plenty if dining options nearby and even grocery if one needed a quick errand to the store.
