Great central location, 15-20 flat walk to time square, empire state building, central park. Comfortable room and beds with amazing view of Manhattan.

Great location, next to great Central Park, 5th Ave & Rockefeller Center. The metrio very close as well. Superb breakfast. Great family room with kitchen & beds very comfortable beds.

Staff were great. Mimi and Michael at the front were very professional and provided wonderful service during news years 3 day stay where the staff were very busy but did an outstanding job in helping everyone. 12th floor dinning is a great big room with lots of areas to sit.

good sized room, individual aircon control, insulated against most street noise on floor 22, speedy elevators, good sized TV's, comfy beds, great housekeeping service. Location to subway was so convenient. blackout blinds over big windows were great. neighbourhood felt safe walking at night. Joyeaux coffee shop nearby employees people with special needs - try it out!

Convenient location, many places can be reached on foot. Nearby metro station. There is a shop, cafe, McDonald's, bakery, Starbucks. Everything is nearby!
