Valet parking is the only option offered by the resort to park your car during your stay. The per-night cost is $65 for vehicles less than 181 inches, $85 for vehicles over 181 inches in length, or SUVs. Please note that certain large vehicles, such as pickup trucks or large vans, will be charged $105 per night. In and out privileges are available for an additional fee of $15 per re-entrance. The room was way more spacious than another hotel we stayed in Times Square, location was still just as accessible to everything, in fact closer to the main subway stations and a whole street of food and coffee right at the doorstep pretty much. Great facilities, big comfy bed, multiple mirrors, storage space and a really nice big mini fridge which was great for summer (August) as it was very hot so we could keep drinks cold. There was also option to attend their rooftop events scheduled for the week. We didn’t have much time to experience but great options on there if u are staying a while and have a free evening. Friendly staff too! They were also helpful in letting us check in early and holding our luggage while we did our last shop before we heading to the airport. There is also a hot drinks station which is also a very nice touch :) one last thing, the doorman and front of house staff were amazing and super helpful is suggesting when to take an uber and comparing prices with their options. It was raining when we left and we had help getting our suitcases into the car by the hotels door staff which was super lovely.

Very fast response from staff.The staff was kind and helpful! Very good location. Clean rooms. The rooms look nice and well equipped. Enjoyed the rooftop on floor 33. Very nice view and quiet place where you can drink and relax.

Location is great, walking distance to lots of places and well located for transport if needed. We got the AirTrain and then the E to the hotel and it was very easy to find. Staff super welcoming. Room was very spacious.

Very good location - you can reach some main objects by foot - Grand Central, Penn Station, Broadway, Rockfeler Plaza, Emopire States building, Trump Plaza, UN Buildings, Central park. Taxi from JFK Airport to the hotel aprx. 100 USD. Restaurants, pubs, bars, del around. Wondefull wiews from the windows from 10th floor and upper.

The location, near everything, but a quiet sleep too! Huge room for NYC The roof top terrace has an up close and personal view of the Chrysler Building and is a great place to relax on couches with little tables that double as heaters! Would stay again!
