Perfect location. Close to metro station, major attractions and plenty of restaurants.. Friendly service-minded staff. Nice rooms with quality beds. Walk-in shower is a big plus. The free water bottles on each floor. Quality coffees on the 27th floor. Perfect hotel for your stay in New York.

The roof top at the 27th floor was great, code was good. Location was next to gran central, 15 min from Times Square.

Excellent location, nice and helpful staff. Water available on each floor, coffee and tea available 24/7 on the top floor. We were perfectly happy with the size of the room.
