The Best pocket friendly place to stay. From the staff, breakfast, cleaning, room service, specially the door guards are very friendly and helpful.

Price for the location was unrivalled; bed extremely comfy; shower and bathroom very nice and clean; was upgraded from petite to Queen which was a nice touch; staff were all friendly and helpful.

Very good location and great staff, however the hotel is very old, the rooms are dated and they can seem dirty due to how old and worn they are. Less than 5 mins walk to times square though!

The staff were very friendly and it was clean. We rang for extra blankets a couple of times and they were delivered to our rooms very promptly. Great location.

The hotel is perfectly located by all the main sights. We were nervous to visit the hotel after reading some of the negative reviews, but we were extremely happy with our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very large and clean. We will definitely return in the future!
