I was nervous about staying at this property as it does not have 24 hour reception and there were some negative reviews. I needn’t have been! We received our entry code the day before arrival and entry was smooth. There were staff around for the first half of the day of we needed them.

Great location, close to the subway and in a good neighborhood. Rooms are really small, but considering the price , it's a fair deal.

Seamless check-in, close to all major places in Manhattan, quiet neighborhood (Manhattan-wise), functional air conditioning. The room was small, but adequate for the price. Ideal for our one-night stay in NYC.

it was a very clean hotel and an incredible location everything was easily accessible. the staff were amazing and accommodated anything we needed. everything in the room was clean and all worked perfectly. couldn’t recommend this place enough

The location was great, with various subway stations near. And in a good part of the city if you like to walk.

Perfect location, clean room and lovely staff. It was our first time in NY and the location was perfect to move easily around town. We weren’t particularly bothered by noises in the streets or other rooms like some other reviews said. The room was small but had enough space to move around and place our luggage. It came with a small fridge and hairdryer. All the staff we met was super lovely and welcoming, would definitely come back!

Really nice property and the location is great. The staff are very friendly. The room I had was perfect for a solo traveller or a couple, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was kept very clean. I was on the 5th floor and there is no elevator but it wasn’t an issue at all.

Good location, near metro station (14th), grocery and restaurants. We were in 3, the bed was comfortable, but the sofa was tiny for sleep. Appreciated free coffe and snacks located in the hall. Staff it’s ok
