The fine print
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. You may hear construction noise from renovations nearby. From November through May this building offers heating only, and during this time air conditioning will be unavailable. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great location, privacy, nice, modern rooms. You have everything what you need in the room and you find re-fill water/tea/coffe pods , basic needs in the hotel mezzanine. That is very useful!

I loved the location—it was very close to Central Park, subway lines, buses, and museums. There was a great sandwich breakfast place 1/2 block away that I visited daily. The options for restaurants for dinner were many. The room had A/C, which was needed for 30C temperatures. The check-in and checkout were superb, and the extension to checkout later was easy. I loved the app.

Best location ever! Staff were super kind and always helpful. No doubts I'll be back. Rooms were wide enough even though in NY they're always too small. I traveled with my baby and they provide me a crib and everything I needed.

Independent living, unlike a traditional hotel. Superior room is a very comfortable size with lounge area and desk. Reception team are extremely helpful and friendly with Keith standing out with his care over and above the call of duty. Location is fantastic, two steps away from 5th Avenue, a few more steps to Central Park and plenty of choices for eating close by.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They explained the facilities and about the room cleaning costing extra. They also arranged a cab that got us to the airport with time to spare. The room was nice and big and looked out to the street. The coffee machine had really good coffee.
