The family triple room and the mini suite were both excellent rooms with plenty of space especially for central NYC (and even had a small bath). The location was perfect for Broadway shows, yet the road out front was never that noisy. We really liked the all day access to the seating area with free tea/coffee and pastries which was great to stop back at the hotel to revive. The breakfast was limited but perfect for our needs with a hot bagel, porridge, pastries and fruit. The reception staff are so super friendly and always on hand to help, or even have a chat.

Fantastic location, at Times Square yet at a quiet corner, stone’s throw away fr NYPD! Staff was awesome, Rick’s Cafe was lovely. Daily simple breakfast was served, opens 24 hours for us to chill and help ourselves to drinks & chips!

Fabulous location right on Times Square if you want to be in the heart of it. Still quiet and peaceful. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 6 nights from 28/11 to 04/12 Wonderful stay at this little gem. Perfect location for Times Square and other attractions near by. The staff were really welcoming and friendly at all times. Ricks cafe was real added bonus with the complimentary breakfast and coffee, tea and pastries available at all times. I would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting NYC

I love this hotel and would never dream of going anywhere else, I was upgraded to a Deluxe room which was a lovely surprise. The hotel staff were as helpful and attentive as always and remembered me from my previous visits. The location is excellent, the rooms and cleanliness were excellent. Excellent facilities such as breakfast and afternoon snacks. The staff can't do enough to help and assist. I can't praise the Casablanca and it's staff enough. Thank you for making my trip to New York so special again
