Very friendly staff, complimentary coffee and tea available 24/7, short wait times for the elevator, guest-accessible washers and dryers, and even a gym! The room was quite spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

Location was very good, near Times Square, close to metro. Staff at the reception was always very kind and helpful, a BIG Thank you! Hotel has very convenient amenities, it provides free coffee, cold water, laundry room, gym and is giving sometimes free water botles and even muffins one of the days. Room was a studio with kitchinette having all appliances (fridge, microwave, coffe filter etc.) and plenty of space

Room was well equipped and super clean - location was perfect, less than a 10 minute walk from Times Square. Kenny is a wonderful addition to the team, always super helpful and welcomed us back every evening with a smile. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Very close to the central NY attractions, has a very good price compared to another hotel I saw and a plus-plus for the kitchen inside the room, the laundry room and the Gym downstairs!

We had a wonderful stay at the Candlewood. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was a great size and we appreciated having the small kitchen. It had everything we needed and was within walking distance to Times Square, Broadway and Madison Square Garden and there are many restaurants and bars nearby. It is right in the heart of all the action! We would definitely stay again.

Bed is super comfortable. Room is extremely clean. The hotel is a little old and tired, but really clean and everything works perfectly.
