Staff were great, attentive and very helpful throughout our stay. Location was ideal, close enough to everything while not being in the tourist madness of Times Square. We looked forward to returning to our warm room every evening.

Staff was SUPER! Always available and helpful. No breakfast included but you can get that EVERYWHERE. Coffee and tea in the morning available ;-) Chelsea and Brian and Angel are TOP and Alex can fix anything @@

Very friendly staff, great sized room with 2 beds and lots of natural light. fridge and microwave in room was a bonus. the location was amazing.

We had a street view which was nice. We had 2 Beds very comfortable. Spacious for New York. The Shower was very good, nice water pressure. The toiletries offered were very good ( Shampoo, Conditioner & Bidy Wash) Extra towels were readily given

This is a traveler style hotel located a very short walk from Penn Train Station and Madison Square Garden. The Hotel has a small lobby, and two elevators. The rooms are cleaned everyday unless you keep the do not disturb sign on the door. Overall very positive experience, and would stay again.
