Room was on the small side for 3 adults plus luggage but very clean with daily housekeeping including a towel change. Beds very comfortable. Staff all very helpful & friendly. Loved the location & would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, spotless and spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Great location. We stay here whenever we come back to NY to visit family. Prices can fluctuate but if you can score a good deal this is ideal.

Great location, right near the Empire State Building. Incredible to get out of the hotel and see that building right over there. Clean Hotel, sympathetic staff.

Well located for sightseeing, close to lots of activities and places to eat and drink. We had two rooms, a twin and a king. The twin was much larger with two big double beds, more space, closets and bigger bathroom. The king was smaller but enough for two!

The room was very clean and relatively new. Cleaned the room every day. I didn't find any uncomfortable and unpleasant points, which I usually find! The staff are all nice and helpful.

The staff make this hotel amazing. They were very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was very clean and the hotel too . Good quality beds and other room facilities. Loved the coffee machine !

Absolutely loved this hotel. In particular the staff at the hotel were fantastic. Always with a big smile and couldn't have made us feel any more welcome and looked after. I stayed in a total of 4 hotels across 3 locations during this trip, and this hotel was the best I stayed in. Aside from the brilliant staff, the hotel was nice and central for us. The beds were nice and comfy and I really enjoyed the bathroom facilities.
