Very nice and comfortable room. Always nice and clean. I also loved the fact that I had a window to wake up with the day light. Very friendly staff. They helped me with transport to the airport. Very kind! The hotel is located in a very safe area. That was also very important to me. I enjoyed my stay!

By far the best part of this hotel is the location. Just off Times Square and Bryant Park on either side you get the convenience without being right in the bang of it. The standard room was just enough space for one -even though two could fit, you would have no room to put both your luggages and toiletries. The heating for the room and shower were great for the cold weather at least. I found the room size just average, the bed was comfortable, room was quiet (although you can hear the housekeepers talk once they start cleaning) and there were plenty of charging options. There is a water and ice dispenser on level 2 if you want fresh water without buying bottled water (incidental find no one told me about it). The bell boys though (both of them) were so kind and lovely! One offered me an umbrella even though when I called reception they said they didn't have one lol. I wish they were there all the time because I had to carry all my luggage in (which not a big deal but I did just get off a 30 hour flight so it would've been a kind gesture -reception don't care that's for sure). They were much more helpful and kind.

The staff were really friendly and super helpful. The location of the hotel is really handy, and despite being off Time's Square wasn't very noisy. There's a bar next door called the Long Room, which we didn't realise was part of the hotel, but it's really nice too. Room was clean and the toiletries and facilities were very good.

Really great location right by times square. Despite being only on 3rd floor we couldn't hear a thing, it was very quiet and peaceful. The room was a good size, plenty of mirrors and lighting.
