Really cool spot, good restaurant, Bar, Coffee shop and lots of places to sit and chill for an hour or two. Good gym with Pelotons. Room was well laid out with a nice view from the city room. Great location near everything but just outside the madness.

The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was the incredible service from the entire team—everyone, from the front desk to the luggage staff, and the rest of the crew. We felt genuinely welcomed at all times, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also exceptionally clean and has a delightful scent throughout. The lobby is cozy and inviting, creating a great first impression. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very friendly and provided us with all sorts of useful information that made our stay in NYC a lot better! Shout out in particular to Alex, what a legend! We also liked the view from our room and when we entered the room for the first time we also got a small present for our honeymoon. Also, the location was excellent, as many highlights of the city were on walking distance. Hygiene was good and we had a really comfortable stay, mainly due to the very kind staff!

Loved the vibe of the hotel. All the seated areas downstairs and the bar are lovely, very relaxing and welcoming. Didn't eat at the restaurant or have breakfast so can't comment on that. Staff all very friendly and approachable.

The hotel is nice, stylish, and clean. It is reasonably priced for the area. It is also in a great transportation location: I didn't have to take a taxi to Penn Station to travel further, several metro stations around, Times square, cafes and other attractions of downtown. The room is quite small but the view compensates everything. The staff was kind to give us a kettle so we could make tea or coffee at the room.
