The location is amazing. Times sq, Central Park and 5th avenue literally on the doorstep! Subway station just round the block too. Freebies each day too which adds a little sweetness to it all. Fresh bottle of water everyday, tea & coffee in a morning and free glass of wine in the evening.

Free wine between 5:6 pm Free coffee/tea each morning Free fruit available during the day Staff so pleasant and helpful Special mention to Siergy (Reception), Geff at the door and young barmaid ( didn’t get her name) Location was excellent a few minutes walk from Times Square & Broadway Room great size and loved the walk in shower with complimentary toiletries! Bottled water supplied daily Excellent large mirror in room

Amazing hotel. Staff were so friendly. Had a free upgrade for 40th birthday. Room was huge for New York. The door staff are so helpful and talked us through the subway. The bed is so comfy. You just melt into it. Location is 5/5. So close the walk to most attractions or next to an easy subway. The noise is what you’d expect being in manhattan but the hotel does its best to keep it as quiet as it can. The girls behind the desk are so bubbly. Honestly book this hotel for a New York stay! I

The hotel is in a great location, which is the main reason why I chose it. A few steps from major midtown sights. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a coffee station in the morning, which is a nice touch. The bed was quite comfy. Room was clean given the age of furniture and carpet. Loved the water pressure in shower.
